If you are ready to get started as a client, schedule the initial assessment. No referral is necessary. I will send you an email with all the forms before that appointment so you can be prepared.

We are in the process of credentialing with other payers. If your insurance will reimburse you for an out- of- network provider, a superbill can be provided.
If you are under- insured or do not have insurance, a sliding scale fee can be discussed.
Medicaid cannot be accepted.
